In an effort to stay motivated and also for the sake of documentation (failures, successes, progress, trends, et so on), I am starting this blog. I’ve been blogging for a while on another site, so transferred those blogs here, for continuity.
I am on a mission, a mission of health. I am currently working toward an end result of losing 227 pounds.
That’s a pretty big number.
As of today, I’m three months in and the number has dropped to 188 pounds.
That’s still a pretty big number, but it’s also a considerably smaller number.
